"แจ่วฮ้อนสูตรนี้น้ำซุปเป็นส่วนผสมสมุนไพรเคี่ยวมาแบบเข้มข้นมากๆ กลิ่นสมุนไพรจีนคละคลุ้งมากๆ ส่วนตัวรู้สึกว่ามันเค็มไปหน่อย เนื้อมีให้เลือกหลากหลาย มีทั้งส่วนที่นิ่มและส่วนที่เหนียว แต่ที่ชอบจริงๆคือเมนูปลาทอดตะไคร้ตัวใหญ่และอร่อยมาก หอมตะไคร้ทอดได้ดีมากๆ แนะนำอันนี้"

"ร้านแจ่วฮ้อนริมบึงแก่นนคร ฝั่งเจ้าพ่อมเหศักดิ์ ที่จอดรถจอดได้ริมถนน ตอนกลางคืนบรรยากาศจะดี เมนูจะมีทั้งจานหลักคือแจ่วฮ้อนแบบหมู เนื้อ และอาหารทานเล่น เป็นกับแกล้ม ดื่มพร้อมเครื่องดื่มเย็น ๆ เข้ากับบรรยากาศ กลางคืน รสชาติอาหารน้ำซุปเข้มข้น แต่น้ำจิ้มออกแนวเปรี้ยว ๆ จืด ๆ ต้องขอบีขมเพิ่มความกลมกล่อม หมูสไลด์มีมันแทรกกำลังดี ผักให้เยอะมาก ๆ หลากหลาย มีดนตรีสดโฟร์คซองฟังช่วง 2-3 ทุ่ม ร้องแนวเพื่อชีวิตและสตริงเก่า ๆ ร้องช่วยกัน 2 คน ช่วยสร้างบรรยากาศทานอาหารได้ดี"
